of Zamfate Limited’s (trading and referred to as “Zamfate”) application, game,
or website (referred to as “Services”).
Zamfate provides interactive software applications and games through various
online services such as the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
As a New Zealand-based company, our operations adhere to the regulations
outlined in New Zealand's Privacy Act, and we strictly observe the privacy
principles established within it. Furthermore, we make diligent efforts to
comply with other applicable laws and regulations that govern data privacy,
such as the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and
the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). For the
purposes of this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the GDPR, Zamfate
assumes the role of the data controller regarding any data we collect from
you unless otherwise specified. As the data controller, we are responsible
for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data,
ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and safeguarding your rights
as outlined in the GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
We use your personal data to provide and improve our Services. By using our

determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve
our Services and your experience).

Zamfate will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, Usage Data is
generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to
strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are
legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including personal data, is processed at Zamfate’s operating
offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are

Collection of Sensitive Information
We prioritize your privacy and ensure that you are not obligated to provide any "sensitive information" in order to use our Services. Sensitive information encompasses personal details pertaining to your health, sexual life, genetic or biometric data, race, ethnicity, political beliefs, religion, professional status, philosophical views, and trade or union affiliations.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that we have collected about you.
